Happy b-day to my blue-eyed boy!

Logan turned 4 on Nov. 16th. When we asked him where he wanted to go eat for dinner for his b-day(thinking he would for sure say McDonald's), we were surprised when he told us he wanted chinese food with fried rice and soy sauce. What 4 year old likes soy sauce, or any kid for that matter. He has always been such a treat to have in the family. He is such a little clown, always doing funny things and making us laugh. He was also my little girl when he was younger because of his curly hair. People would always say that my little girl was so cute. I would say thanks, but then say he's a boy! I never wanted to cut his hair because I was afraid the curls wouldn't come back. I got over it. When his hair starts to get long now, I can see that there is some wave in there still. He is also special because he's the only one of my kids with blue eyes(hence the title), I just love looking at pictures of him and everyday because of his beautiful eyes. He always has this look on his face when he looks up at me and I just melt. So happy birthday Logan. We love you!

P.S. He loves motorcycles if you can't tell!

8 Year Anniversary!

Tyrel and I had our anniversary on Nov. 10th. We headed toward Twin Falls, Idaho and went to Miracle Hot springs. It was really cold outside, but it was lots of fun and the water was so warm. We also ate at Cafe Rio for dinner. They have hardly any good restaurants close to home. It was a nice treat to get away for the evening while Grandma Brower watched the boys. Thanks Grandma! So now Tyrel and I have been married 8 years , but have been a couple for 10 years so it was our 10 year anniversary too. Wow! That makes me feel kinda old. I Just want to say how much I love and appreciate my husband Tyrel. He tries so hard to provide for our family and would do anything if it meant that me and our kids were taken care of. He helps out so much with the kids when I feel like I'm losing my mind and I need a break. I love you Tyrel. Thanks for being such a great husband and father and always working so hard for us!

Who needs Lagoon?

Halloween!

This year was our first Halloween up here in Idaho! It was lots of fun. The kids couldn't go trick or treating to each individual house since the houses are far apart, so we went to the church for some yummy dinner and then the famous "trunk or treat" where you go from car to car to get your candy. I made a big crock pot of homemade chili (props to my sister-in-law Dawna), it turned out really good! They had all kinds of different soups there. I had to sample them all. My favorite was probably the broccoli & cheese soup & the creamy, cheesy potato soup with chunks of bacon in it. It was so good!
Tyrel sporting my dad's old Marine uniform. It fit him really nicely. The pants were a tinsy bit short, but not bad at all. Lookin' good honey!

All dressed up! Spiderman, Eeyore, ninja! I think Luke wins the 1st place prize! Which he did by the way, at our best boy costume contest at the church for 0-3 years old. Yay Luke! He got a box of crayons and a Madagascar coloring book. His brothers are enjoying it more than he is since he likes to eat crayons still!:)

My flash didn't go off in this one. It was the best picture! Dang cameras. I'm glad you can still see it.
