First day of Kindergarten!

I can't believe Easton has started Kindergarten. He seems so grown up, even though he's still only 5. He was so excited to go to school and ride the bus home. He loves going to school, and picking out what he's going to wear the next day. He's already made some new friends and likes his teacher Mrs. Mendenhall. I took a little video of him getting off the school bus. It was the second day of school. I tried to take a video on the 1st day, but there was a little mix up and the bus driver didn't know where Easton lived, but when Easton saw his house, he said "That's my house right there." So it's all good now and she knows where he lives.

City of Rocks

This past weekend my two brothers and their families came to Idaho to see our new/old house that we live in and to have some fun. We went to the good 'ol burley fair and ate good food and the famous yummy maple bars that are to die for. The kids rode on the rides at the carnival. We went to the farm and hung out, while having a marshmallow roast, with Sheree and Mike, Joy and Gil, Alisa and her kids, and Harmony. We also went to the City of Rocks one evening and climbed around on the rocks for a couple hours. It was tons of fun and it was hard to have my family leave and go back to their homes, cuz I don't get to see them as often as I used to. Thanks for making the drive over here, and we'll see ya when we see ya!
The kids loved climbing through this little tunnel in the rocks. It was their secret cave!

What handsome boys.

Luke loved trying to crawl all over the rocks. Tyrel helped him climb up & down.

Peekaboo!

Stayin' warm. It was actually a very cool weekend. It felt like late Sept. not mid August.

Alisa, Dawna, & Katie. Sorry Alisa for cutting off part of your face.:)

That new fire pit that Harmony and some of Alisa's kids built was awesome.

First haircut!!

I felt brave enough today to give Luke his first haircut. I put on the longest attachment, held my breath, and just did it! He still looks so cute, more like a little boy!

Our little stink bug!

Luke loves to crawl on all fours, literally. He looks like a little stink bug with his behind up in the air. He usually crawls like that when he's outside.

Harvest time!

This time of the year the farmers start to cut grain. It's fun to watch the big swathers go in front of our house. The boys got a big kick out of it, they thought it was way cool!
